The Planet Cooler® is a new and innovative
product designed to be both practical and
economical. It provides a replacement for Styrofoam® and offers a unique functionality
to your product
packaging as well as an incredible supplement to your advertising and
marketing
efforts.
The Planet Cooler® is made of a corrugated box, coated to provide waterproof
properties
for
up to 18 hours. The coating also provides repulpable and recyclable
properties
which is a
significant advantage over wax and polyethylene coatings.
The original design of the Planet Cooler® allows enough room for 12 bottles
and ice. The
design
can be modified for cans or bottles, in 6-pack and 12-pack quantities (other quantity
designs also available). This allows your consumer to not only purchase your product
in it's
normally sold quantities, but also provides a method for maintaining a cold temperature for an
extended time without transferring the contents to another container.
Why
the Planet Cooler® is
differentThe inside of the box is coated with a PROTECoaT coating provided by NuCoat, Inc. The coating allows the inside to be waterproof as well as have repulpable, recyclable, and biodegradable properties - a significant advantage over wax and polyethylene coatings. Overall, the PROTECoaT coating is environmentally friendly, more easily and efficiently applied, and is price compatible with polyethylene and wax.
