Patent for Paper Based Cooler
Wayzata, MN
– March 31, 2001 – Jodi A. Dalvey, President of Cooler Concepts, Inc.
received issuance of United States Patent No. 6,164,526 for her invention of a
Paper Based Cooler. A utility patent was issued on the entire concept of a
recyclable, waterproof, paper based cooler. A Trademark application was filed
and granted for the name Planet Cooler®, which is what the product is referred
to.
The
Planet Cooler® is suitable for a wide variety of industries, which Cooler
Concepts is pursuing aggressively. The most common is the Beverage Industry
where beverage producers may use the Planet Cooler® as packaging for their

add ice, and have a recyclable, waterproof cooler made of specially coated
paper. The Planet Cooler® is available in an assortment of shapes and sizes
and may be custom printed on the outside.

Concepts, Inc. specializes in creating unique and environmentally friendly
products designed to replace current products in the market that are less
